The BMW M turns 50 this year, and BMW is celebrating on a grand scale. We have already seen the new M3 Touring and M4 CSL models are presented as well M3 CS,, recycled M2and autonomous SUV M everyone is coming.
Also in development is based M4 CSL 3.0 CSL appreciation to truly celebrate this year’s 50th anniversary of the BMW M with a bang. Boss BMW M Frank van Mill laid out photos of the prototype on social media on Monday, and now we have fresh spy shots.
The debut is expected to take place soon.
The car is a modern look 3.0 CSL rejuvenation special launched in 1972, the first car released by the BMW M. BMW previously honored the 3.0 CSL with Concept Car 3.0 CSL Hommage presented in the last decade, and some style elements of these concepts seem to have hit the 3.0 CSL production model.

The most dramatic departure from the donor style of the M4 CSL is the new front end, which is more rounded and features a unique design of headlights, hood, grille and trim. The rear is also unique, from the spoiler on the roof down. Pumped wings also suggest a wider rut.
It is assumed that the new body is made of carbon fiber, which means that the weight should be much less than 3640 pounds M4 CSL, which in itself is about 240 pounds lighter than the weight of the usual M4.
Power will almost certainly come from the 3.0-liter 6-liter twin-turbocharged M4, which we hear will be gaining closer to 600 hp. with 543 hp in M4 CSL. Rumor has it that performance claims include acceleration from 0-60 mph for about 3.5 seconds and a top speed approaching 200 mph. Interestingly, the car is believed to work with a 6-speed manual instead of an 8-speed M4 CSL automatic.
If you want, be prepared to pay at least 750,000 euros (about $ 789,150) if the rumors turn out to be true. And apparently only 50 copies are planned, meaning they’re probably already sold out.
