There is an Audi make A4A5, S4 and S5 models that are sportier with the launch of the new Competition Edition and Competition Edition Plus packages in the European market.

All models with the new Competition Edition package get a gloss black front grille, air intakes, diffuser and tailpipes. Audi’s four-ring badges, wing mirrors, A-pillar accents and rear spoiler share the same feature, except for A5 Cabriolet and A4 Avant models with a roof spoiler. The A4 also gets a gloss black anti-splinter strip.

Elsewhere, S models equipped with the Competition Edition package have a black and red model designation on the grille. In contrast, the A5 Cabriolet features a chrome windscreen frame, window trim, side window trim and upper body lid trim. Audi S4 and S5and A4 and A5 models with the S Line package are adorned with dark chrome tailpipes, while the S5 Cabriolet’s tailpipes feature a gloss black finish.

The Competition Edition Plus package gives customers some additional features at a discount. These include black door mirrors, LED S logo projection, ambient lighting package, red brake calipers on selected models and a Brilliant Black ‘Audi Rings’ sticker on the rear doors or lower side panel on Audi A5 coupe and convertible.

Audi will also offer smoked headlight covers, normally only available on RS models, on the A4 and S4. Audi A5 and S5 equipped with matrix LED headlights and Audi laser light.

These two packages will be available in Germany from January 2023. Prices started at €950 ($943) for the A4 and S4 and rose to €1,450 ($1,439) for the A5 and S5. The Competition Edition Plus package raises the price to €2,450 ($2,432) for the A4 and S4 and €3,150 ($3,127) for the A5 and S5.
