HARLEY-DAVIDSON STATEMENT

MILOW, May 19, 2022 – Yesterday Harley-Davidson, Inc. (“Harley-Davidson”) (NYSE: HOG) has decided to suspend the assembly and delivery of cars (except LiveWire) for a two-week period. This decision, taken with great caution, is based on information provided by a third-party supplier to Harley-Davidson late Tuesday (May 17) regarding compliance with regulatory requirements regarding the component part of the supplier.
