The collaboration meant that apart from the automaker’s recent moves in Thailand and Nepal, its global strategy brought the NETA U and NETA V car models to the Middle East.
NETA explained that Israel has favorable government policies and significant market potential for new energy vehicles, all of which paved the way for the company to explore the local automotive market. The cooperation with Blirious Group will continue to increase NETA’s global influence and push Chinese automotive brands to enter the global market in a more competitive way.
Since the beginning of 2022, NETA has seen rapid growth in sales. The automaker delivered 16,017 vehicles in August, the highest ranking of any new energy vehicle startup in China and achieving 26 consecutive months of year-over-year sales growth.
From January to August, NETA’s total shipments totaled 93,185 vehicles, up 176% year-on-year.
In recent months, the brand has focused on shipping its products abroad. In just over a month, NETA launched the NETA V right-hand drive in Thailand, opened its first direct sales store overseas, landed in Israel and saw the NETA V sold in Nepal. By the end of August, NETA’s overseas orders had quickly exceeded 5,000 units, and its overseas distribution channels had expanded to nearly 30 stores.
