The future of work is undoubtedly hybrid: employees distribute time between home and office – if they go to the office at all.
To address these changes, HP has introduced a number of new releases aimed at those looking for a more flexible way to work, and TechRadar Pro was invited to see what the company has in store.

The company has also launched two new ones mobile workstationsThe HP ZBook Studio G9 and HP ZBook Power G9 are aimed primarily at creativity and artists, but are just as useful in a variety of fields.
The first offers processor options up to an Intel Core i9 vPro processor with options for NVIDIA RTX A5500 or GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, as well as up to 64GB of RAM and 4TB for storage to help handle heavy loads of images or videos.
At a more affordable price, the ZBook Power G9 (pictured below) offers a 15.6-inch display, Intel Core i9 vPro processor, 64GB of RAM and 8TB of memory, and 720p HD webcam and multiple USB and Thunderbolt connection ports.
Also new is the Z2 mini G9 workplacewhich can replace the traditional PC tower for creatives and small businesses. Packing a significant amount of power and connectivity into a compact 8.3 x 8.6 x 2.7-inch case that should fit anywhere in the home or office, HP says it has even been used in some data centers for cheaper storage and server alternative.
The mini workstation can support up to eight displays and has USB, DP, HDMI, VGA and Thunderbolt port options that can be customized to your liking, all protected by HP Wolf Pro Security.
Finally, video calls have become part of the daily work of many of us, and HP wants to make it a little more tolerable when the Presence platform works in conjunction with Control and Control Plus devices and acts as a stand-alone hub for your meetings.
Users interact through a 6- or 8-inch touch screen that gives full control over every aspect of the meeting, from the list of attendees to adjusting the volume and lighting level. Control can be combined with the company’s See 4K AI-Camera (pictured above), a standalone (and standing) device that is capable of automatically adjusting lighting and framing levels to ensure you get a crystal clear look.
Work with both Microsoft teams and IncreaseControl and Control Plus is re-built to fit into any office space, and can even be quickly turned off if you need to move to another location for an impromptu meeting.
So with the hybrids working here to stay, it seems some companies have finally made sure we all get the kit we need to do our job effectively.
