The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is a significant deviation in terms of design. It looks more sporty than its predecessor, thanks to a new large front grille with sharp LED headlights built into it. The parametric pattern on the radiator grille gives the SUV a clear look.
Hyundai Motor is preparing to launch an updated version of its premium Tucson SUV in India soon. The automaker has announced that it is brand new Tucson, which has already been introduced into global mackerel, will come to the shores of India in the second half of this year. The fourth-generation Tucson SUV will meet competitors such as Volkswagen Tiguan, Too bad Kodiak among others.

The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is a significant deviation in terms of design. It looks more sporty than its predecessor, thanks to a new large front grille with sharp LED headlights built into it. The parametric pattern on the radiator grille gives the SUV a clear look.
On the side, the new Tucson gets rid of sharp and straight body lines for lines that seek to draw triangular shapes in what seems artistically abstract. The wheel arches are quite angular, while the roofline with a rolled back is done in contrasting black shades.
The rear profile of the new Tucson is perhaps the smartest with blade-shaped light strips connecting the brake lights on both sides. The brake lights themselves are like claws that seek to give the car an aggressive look. The lower rear bumper has a diamond texture, and the wiper is hidden from view under the rear spoiler.
In terms of technology, the new Tucson has three new features – a vertically positioned, dual 10.25-inch full-touch screen without hard buttons, a multi-air ventilation system and an open digital instrument panel without a hood.
Under the hood, the new Tucson will use a 2.5-liter gasoline and a 1.6-liter turbo-hybrid engine. They are combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 2.5-liter engine has a peak power of 187 horsepower and a maximum torque of 246 Nm. The turbo-hybrid has a total peak power of 226 horsepower and a maximum torque of 264 Nm.
