New Delhi, November 1: Ola Electric on Tuesday reported sales of 20,000 units in October 2022. The company, which sells the S1 Pro and S1 electric scooters, said it registered strong figures during the festive season. In October 2022, Nissan Motor India’s wholesale sales rose 45% to 10,011 units.

Sales increased four times the daily rate during Navratri and ten times during Vijayadashami, the company said in a statement. It produces 1000 units per day on average. In October 2022, MG Motor India recorded a 53% growth in retail sales to 4,367 units.

After opening bookings for the S1 Pro and S1 electric scooters at Rs 499 in July last year, the company has started the online purchase process in September 2021. It originally planned to start shipping in October, but later moved the date to November and then again to the second half of December last year.
