Lithium-ion battery maker Natural Battery Technologies has announced the release of automotive safe batteries using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP), Advanced Cell Chemistry Carbon Battery for Electric Vehicles and Lithium Inverter Batteries for Home and Commercial Use.

Natural Battery claims that LFP batteries last 5 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries. It will not only be more environmentally friendly, but also convenient for customers.

Natural Battery Technologies has developed specialized LFP batteries that can replace the lead-acid batteries currently used to run engines in scooters and motorcycles. Current lead-acid batteries typically last 2-5 years when used as a starter battery. Lead-acid batteries have 300-400 cycles, while LFP batteries have 1800-2000 cycles. As Jane added, “The advantage of using LFP batteries is that they are airtight and last 5 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries. It will be not only more environmentally friendly, but also convenient for customers who do not need to change the battery so often.

Responding to the ongoing controversy over the ignition of scooters and bicycles, Natural Battery Technologies has released the Advanced Cell Chemistry battery based on carbon for electric vehicles, which the company claims could replace flammable lithium batteries. Releasing the product, Jane said: “When it comes to energy storage, lithium is not the only option available to users of electric vehicles or energy storage systems. Carbon-based batteries provide excellent safety with very high performance. ”

These EV-designed carbon batteries can charge quickly in up to 15-20 minutes according to the company, and also boast a lifespan of up to 10-15 years. It is also claimed to be resistant to temperatures. “This makes them the most suitable option for Indian climate change. Although they cost more than lithium chemical elements, they are ideal for use in rental, exchange or fleet solutions where high performance and safety are required. We are confident that with the mass use of these batteries, we will also be able to reduce the price gap, “- added Jane.

Natural Battery Technologies has also announced the development of home and commercial lithium inverter batteries that can also be used to store solar energy. According to the company, these batteries are airtight, spill-proof and last ten times longer than lead-acid batteries.
