If you are looking for reasons to buy Google Pixel 7 or the Google Pixel 7 Pro when they launch next week, consider this: you can get one for free Google Pixel watch or some Google Pixel Buds Pro headphones with your pre-order.
This is according to the prompt Roland Quandt (opens in a new tab), who generally trusts the information he provides. Apparently, the Pixel Watch will be included with Pixel 7 Pro pre-orders, while the Pixel Buds Pro will be offered to buyers of the Pixel 7. There’s a catch, though – Quandt reveals that these deals will only be available in the UK.
Whether these will eventually appear as deals in other international markets or whether Google will put together different pre-order packages remains to be seen. New phones would definitely be a more attractive offer with a free gift.

Price points
We know that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be unveiled Thursday, October 6. Regarding the actual delivery and availability dates, October 18, Tuesday was mentioned as a possibility by those in the know.
The Pixel Watch is expected to debut on October 6 alongside the Pixel 7 phones, given that the wearables will be sold at retail about $350 in the United States and around £340 in the UK it’s pretty much free.
As for the Pixel Buds Pro, they’re out now and available to buy for $199 / £179 – not quite as expensive as the Pixel Watch is likely to be, but then again, they’re on par with the cheaper Pixel 7. All will be revealed at next week.
Analysis: Google Sweetens the Deal
Google has a form for posting some pretty decent deals before orders: you might remember that Google Pixel 6 pre-orders in the UK came from a free pair of Bose 700 wireless headphones worth £300 (half the price of the phone itself).
Obviously, the free pre-orders sweeten the deal for potential buyers, and they’re likely to make a lot more people consider picking up a Pixel 7 smartphone — especially when it comes to the Pixel 7 Pro, if it does indeed come with a Pixel Watch.
Google will certainly be a hit financially, but it might not be a bad idea to get as many people as possible into the new smartwatch. More users means more developer interest, which means more investment in Wear OS.
As always, price will be crucial – if the phones themselves are too expensive, then pre-order deals might not even matter. We’ll be sure to bring you all the news and announcements live on October 6th as they happen.
