On November 6, Schaeffler and China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. (“China Huangneng”) signed an agreement of intent to purchase, according to which both parties will strengthen their cooperation in the field of bearing applications.

On the same day, Schaeffler entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with China First Heavy Industries (“CFHI”).
