Detectives from the Echo Task Force arrested three members of the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMCG) from Lynbrook, Narre Warren and Hampton Park respectively on Friday 7 October following a series of searches and warrants in relation to a Firearms Prohibition Order (FPO).
Assisted by the VIPER Task Force, police attended three residential properties in Lynbrook, Narre Warren and Hampton Park at 5am on Friday morning.
A 53-year-old Lynbrook man, who was already the subject of an FPO, was charged with threats to kill, possession of steroids, possession of cannabis and two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon.
On June 22, Highway Patrol officers pulled over a man in Forest Hill after police saw him not wearing a seat belt.
Investigators claim that the man became verbally aggressive and then threatened to kill the participants.
On March 23, 2023, he was released on bail.
A 28-year-old man from Narre Warren was served with a firearms prohibition warrant and questioned for possession of a prohibited weapon.
