iVoomi Energy has announced that on May 28 it will begin test trips of its future electric scooter iVoomi S1.
iVoomi Energy has announced that it will embark on a test drive of its future iVoomi S1 electric scooter from 28 May. These trips will be organized in stages to some of the major Indian cities including Pune, Nagpur, Gondia, Mumbai, Nanded, Kalhapur, Ichalkaranji, Ahmednagar, Surat, Bhavnagar, Adipur and Kach. After that, the next phase will include the rest of the dealerships in India by 5 June.
The company has also announced that these cars will be sold through several contact points throughout the area Indian cities so more customers can experience a scooter with a battery.

Booking of a new scooter has already begun in the Indian market through the company’s official website. Interested customers can pre-book a scooter for a token amount ₹749
The company adds that the new S1 electronic scooter has been approved by the International Center for Automotive Technology (ICAT) and registered with the Regional Transport Office (RTO). IVoomi Energy also promises to deliver the scooter in June this year.
Commenting on the same, Sunil Bansal, managing director and co-founder of iVOOMi Energy, says: “We are excited to start with a test drive of our recently launched S1 electric scooter and give potential customers hands-on experience with our product. We are confident that the S1 will change the game in the electric scooter segment, and we see this as an opportunity to showcase the performance of our solid-state electric motor, which offers excellent experience and efficiency. “
In the center of the scooter will be an electric motor with a capacity of 2 kW, which provides a maximum speed of the scooter of more than 50 km / h. It gets a replaceable lithium-ion battery at 60 V, 2 kW / h and provides a full charging range of 100 km. It is able to reach full charge within 3-4 hours after charging.
Scooter prices saved ₹84,999 and comes with a unique Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) feature that gives it an edge over some of its direct competitors. In addition, Bounce Infinity an electric scooter also comes with a similar option (BaaS).
