Following its international debut, the new Benelli TRK 502 is likely to also be announced in the Indian market later this year.
Benelli announced the launch of an updated 2022 502 TRK motorcycle in China market. After the international debut the motorcycle is also likely to be announced in the Indian market sometime later this year.
With the latest update the new TRK 505 is a medium size adventure the motorcycle has been upgraded with a lighter body. There has been an overall reduction of almost 3.6kg, which is likely to make a positive difference when it comes to the final ride. The company has been able to largely reduce this weight by replacing the steel pendulum with a lighter and supposedly more robust aluminum alloy unit.

In addition to this, bicycle has also been updated with a slightly modified switchgear, which is supposedly more premium than the previous unit. In addition, it has also been updated with wheel spokes, which can also be fitted with tubeless tires. Some other key features of the bike include the use of a full color TFT dash, heated handles and tire pressure sensors. The use of these newly added nozzles makes the bike much more modern compared to the previous unit.
Leaving these changes aside, the rest of the bike remains more or less the same. The engine, platform and the rest of the cycle have been moved as is. At the center of the motorcycle is still the same two-cylinder engine with a capacity of 502 cc, which comes paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The bike will probably arrive in Indian the market is very fast. And it will be placed at a much higher price than the existing one ₹5.79 lakh ex-salon.
