During the auction, Tata IPL fans made their online bids to win the Tata Punch Kaziranga Edition. Amin Khan of Pune was declared the winner with the highest bid.

The company has announced that proceeds from this auction will be donated to wildlife conservation activities in Kaziranga National Park, Assam, as a commitment to biodiversity conservation in India.

The company organized a handover ceremony at the famous Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Khan also received tickets to a Tata IPL league match in Mumbai along with the car. In addition, he also received a unique Rhino sign signed by the captains of all Tata IPL teams, as well as a paid trip to Kaziranga National Park.
