New rumors suggest that Apple could be releasing updated MacBook Pros later this year — and they could be something very special.
DigiTimes reports that the new 2022 MacBook Pro models are said to be equipped with Apple’s M2 Max and M2 Pro chips, and we wish that was true, as the new chipset is rumored to offer a 12-core processor and 28-core GPU , which is an incredible leap when compared to M1 Maxwhich has a 10-core processor and a 32-core processor.
Could we see a potential new look?
Even without major aesthetic changes, the mere speculation that we might be getting updated MacBooks is certainly exciting considering how much we love The latest MacBooks and Macs from Apple.
They have changed not only the way we interact with our laptops on a daily basis, but also our expectations for smooth and flawless performance, even if it comes at a high price. They are suitable for most users such as creatives, students and professionals and have a sleek and simple design.
That being said, there are a few improvements we hope to see with the new devices – if and when they arrive. In our review of Art Macbook Air (M2, 2022) we pointed out that the colors that Apple releases for the MacBook could use a little life. The choice of grey, darker gray and gold is a bit dated. The last series of colorful iMacs really showed how much color was missing from Apple’s other products, and hopefully with the success of the colorful iMacs, we’ll see slightly less dull MacBooks in the near future.
We can’t say much about these potential new MacBook Pros yet, but as we get closer to release, we may see more leaks and rumors.
