The combination of 0.4-inch slimmer headlights, redesigned front and rear panels with a glossy-black finish and fewer pigtail grilles make the X4 M much less awkward in 2022.

We still prefer the more sleek X3 M, which offers an additional 5.0 cubic feet of cargo space thanks to a more square back.

Internal changes include a revised dashboard with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display – 2.0 inches larger than the previous unit – with the latest installation of the BMW iDrive infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument with an updated user interface.
