Review

After the introduction of redesigned C-Class sedanMercedes-Benz is expected to make a similar conversion to the 2023 GLC class SUV. Mechanically similar to the sedan, the 2023 GLC will have a standard four-cylinder turbocharged engine with 255 hp, a 48-volt hybrid system and a nine-speed automatic transmission. We also hope to see the same technical updates as the C-Class, including a large, vertically oriented touchscreen infotainment display, advanced driver assistance and a biometric authentication system that unlocks saved settings and driver preferences. Mercedes-Benz has so far published photos a camouflaged prototype new SUV, but we look forward to learning more soon, including details on luxury and amenities and high-performance AMG options.
